		<description>You&#039;re probably spot on with the waterfall development for government projects.  I do wonder how long until agile is &#039;consultant mainstream&#039;.  I&#039;m sure most credible development houses are at the very least, aware of it.  I would think the prospects for agile look glum however, given the types of companies which service these contracts.</description>
